Regions
An organization lives in one region; Ciresk runs in the EU only today.
One region per organization
An organization's jurisdiction pins it to one region. Ciresk runs in one region today, the EU; Ciresk CI's cell there is eu1 in AWS eu-central-1. There is no US region yet. A credential carries its organization's region in its prefix (csk_live_eu_...), and Ciresk CI refuses a credential from another region before any query, naming the right one.

What stays in the region
Everything with content: for Ciresk CI that is source deltas, logs, artifacts, caches and test results, plus job metadata, policy and audit rows. Only identity, organization placement and API key records are shared across regions, and they hold no product content. See Data residency for Ciresk CI's full table.
